A Relational Approach to Healing

I work with those who reach for substances or means of control (self harm, sexual compulsions, food obsessions) to soothe their unmet needs. My approach is relational and somatic. We will move slowly and with care while building safety. We will make space for the grief & vulnerability so there is room for softness, and even laughter.
